What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Business Developer with a high capacity to advise and coordinate a complete international commercial process in French-speaking markets. The role’s purpose is to generate new business opportunities and strengthen strategic relationships that support the international growth of the company. This position requires a proactive mindset, self-management skills, and a results-driven attitude.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Prospecting and Opportunity Development
Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities in international markets.
Follow up on leads generated through trade shows, events, distributors, or other sources.
Active Sector Engagement
Attend key industry events, meetings, and presentations.
Represent VEGA Chargers in front of potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Strategic Client Relationship Management
Conduct regular visits to high-potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships, focusing on loyalty and account growth.
Sales Process & Offer Management
Analyse customer needs and identify potential projects.
Tailor and present commercial proposals, follow up on offers, and close deals.
Support negotiation processes and identify key sales influencing factors.
CRM & Internal Communication
Maintain a daily and structured log of commercial activities using Monday.com (or similar CRM).
Present weekly performance updates to the sales team, reviewing KPIs and strategic adjustments.
Market Intelligence
Continuously gather and update relevant information about assigned countries.
Monitor regulations, market trends, competitors, and economic data.
Build a knowledge base to support strategic commercial decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred), or in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
Passion for sustainability, innovation, and eMobility.
Proven ability to win new international accounts through a combination of effective sales strategies and consultative selling.
Strong ability to build trusted relationships through knowledge, communication, and empathy.
High motivation to drive VEGA Chargers’ international market expansion by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic partnerships abroad.
Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset: flexible, proactive, with a sense of urgency and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel internationally ✈️ (approx. 25%).
Fluent Spanish & French is a must (additional languages are a plus).
English is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver’s license and access to a car. 🚗
